The fabric is
the argument.
We source from mills that have been making the same fabric for generations. Not because it is traditional. Because it is correct.
Leavers Lace
Calais, FranceThe last remaining mechanical lace in the world made on the original Leavers looms. Each metre takes 14 hours to produce.
Lyon Charmeuse
Lyon, FranceSilk charmeuse woven on traditional Jacquard looms. The satin weave produces a front that is luminous and a back that is matte.
Swiss Tulle
St. Gallen, SwitzerlandMachine-embroidered on a tradition dating to 1750. The embroidery patterns are developed in-house using architectural drawings as source material.
Guipure Lace
Nottingham, EnglandHeavy guipure lace that needs no ground fabric. The pattern is structural — the lace carries itself the way a building carries its own load.

"The seam between the satin and the lace is the whole point."
